Ray White Buy West Property Management has managed my rental property for the past 4 years.

Re: Nancy Collis
Our client instructed Nancy Collis at Ray White Real Estate to manage a property located at Swanson, West Auckland.
The property was in a somewhat run-down state due to on-going neglect from its current tenant.
Our client required Nancy’s assistance to remove the tenant, upgrade the property and arrange to re-let the property. In all facets, Nancy was tremendous.
Firstly removing the existing tenant was a difficult exercise but was handled by Nancy in a professional and efficient manner.
Nancy was not afraid to deal with the difficult tenant directly and arranged a termination of the tenancy which was satisfactory to both the tenant and our client.
If that exercise didn’t prove difficult enough, assuming responsibility for helping to upgrade the property at minimal cost looked to be even more difficult. However, again, Nancy handled all of the renovations in a thoroughly professional manner. She negotiated with contractors including builders, plumbers, electricians, cleaners, carpet layers, and rubbish removalists.
Before undertaking any work, Nancy would provide quotes to our client and then following instruction from our client, would ensure that the work was completed thoroughly to a high standard.
Given the budget savings, Nancy was able to negotiate on our clients behalf, the property was transformed from a run down, dishevelled place to a clean, hygienic and tidy place.
As a result , following the renovations and the transformation of the property, Nancy had no problems in letting out the property to highly suitable tenants at a rental higher than had been forecast.
We therefore recommend Nancy as a property manager/agent without any hesitation whatsoever. She is reliable, efficient, forthright, she has great contacts and above all else she is thoroughly professional.

I have a property in Te Atatu which has been managed by Ray White since 2003. During this time
a number of Property Managers have looked after my property and everything has been satisfactory.
In mid-2011 Jenny Orerel took over the Management role and a new much higher standard has now
been set.
Jenny’s communication is proactive. She is not afraid of the phone and will give me a call with any news or updates on work in progress including follow up calls to confirm when jobs are completed. I now realize I rarely heard from previous Property Managers unless there was negative news, e.g. a request to proceed with an emergency repair.
Jenny’s Property Inspection reports are thorough. She includes additional comments, recommendations, and suggests realistic priorities & time frames for work which needs to be done – not just on the report, but email and phone discussions too.
For any work on the property which Jenny has arranged, she checks that the finished result is up to a
satisfactory standard. If it isn’t, she will contact the contractor and resolve.
Jenny also communicates her expectations to tenants to keep the property in a tidy and good condition. (and she follows up on this).
In summary, I believe that Jenny has a nice balance of looking after the tenants, landlord and property so it is a win-win situation for everyone.
With Jenny, nothing is too much trouble she is always friendly and helpful. I feel like my property is in safe hands and I trust Jenny to look after it like it is her own. I feel like she cares and is really looking after my investment.
